Yesterday's theme was about freedom. God desires us to be free from the bondage of sin. The thing is, many of us choose to stay bound even though qe have accepted Christ. We fail to realize what freedom we have been given. Many of us think that the freedom we receive from Christ eventually leads to heaven, which it does, but we fail to realize that heaven is not the goal of our freedom. Being in a relationship with God is. Our example is found in the Hebrews who, when set free, refused the freedom God had given them to worship Him. When given the opportunity to hear God they refused. We need to learn from thier mistake. The most attractive thing there is is God. We have to realize this. We have to get away from the idea that our bondage is attractive.

Last night was a powerful night with a powerful illustration involving us being bound by our own sins and given the opportunity to break our bondage, literally!
